As I quickly approach the 15 week mark, I realize that I have yet to really update everyone on how the pregnancy is going. From about week 7, I have been experiencing quite a bit of "morning sickness." Taking prescription medications were somewhat of a relief but for only so long. But, I am happy to say that I am finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. This past week I have only taken 2 Zofran, instead of the 10-14 I was on. Its not to say that I'm still not nauseous and hugging the toilet from time to time, but I'm so much better!!
I'm sure most of you know that I work in Labor & Delivery, which means I have full access to an ultrasound machine. Every night I work, at least one co-worker scans me to see how our little pumpkin is doing. It's the most exciting part of my night, and I have uploaded some pictures for you all to see. The only ones that I have uploaded so far on my computer are these that were taken of the baby at 12 weeks. I hope you can make the picture out. It's a profile shot, with his/her one hand up at his/her head and the other hand is near his/her mouth sucking his/her thumb! They must be extremely bored in hanging out so long in one mini environment!! :)

Jackson is also doing fantastic! We are busy working on a
Valentine's Day project this weekend and he is definitely having a great time with it. He is still going to school three days a week and is doing really well. He has his first school performance for WinterFest where his class is to sing about 3 or 4 different songs. I highly doubt it will be successful, but it will be fun to see him up there on stage. He knows that Mommy has a baby in her tummy but tells us that "the baby is sleeping" as he searches inside my belly button. I keep asking him if he or Daddy has a baby in their tummy but he says "NO! Only Mommy!!" I think he's going to be a great Big Brother!

Love from ours to yours!
